1. Overview

Convergr is committed to delivering quality virtual assistant services. We stand behind our work and want every client to feel confident in their investment. Convergr operates on a prepaid hour-block model — when you purchase a plan, you are buying a defined block of virtual assistant hours upfront, not enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription. Unused hours are never forfeited — they carry forward automatically and remain credited to your account until fully utilized, which further distinguishes our model from traditional subscription services where unused value is lost at the end of each billing period.

2. Nature of Purchase

All Convergr plan purchases are prepaid, one-time transactions for a block of VA support hours. Because this is a prepaid service model and not a subscription, there are no automatic renewals and no recurring charges. You are charged once per block purchased, and you choose if and when to purchase additional hours.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Convergr VA experience within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your payment, provided that you have submitted a minimum of 3 tasks through the VA portal and completed your onboarding form. This guarantee exists to ensure every client has genuinely experienced the service before requesting a refund, while protecting clients who received inadequate support. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@convergr.net within 30 days of the original purchase date.

4. Rematch Before Refund

Before any refund is processed, Convergr will offer a complimentary VA rematch at no cost to the client. Many dissatisfaction issues are fully resolved through reassignment. If after a rematch you remain unsatisfied within the 30-day window, your refund request will be honored in full.

5. Refunds After 30 Days

Because hours roll over and do not expire, clients retain full access to and use of all purchased hours beyond the 30-day window. As a result, refunds are not issued after 30 days from the original purchase date. Clients with remaining hours may continue using them at any time or contact us to formally close their account.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances: (a) requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date; (b) client did not complete onboarding or submit a minimum of 3 tasks to the assigned VA prior to requesting a refund; (c) account terminated due to violation of Convergr's Terms of Service, including abusive or inappropriate conduct toward staff or VAs; (d) dissatisfaction with outcomes that resulted from inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear task instructions provided by the client.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly at support@convergr.net before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. The vast majority of concerns are resolved quickly through direct communication. Convergr reserves the right to submit evidence of services rendered, task delivery records, and client communications to the card network during any chargeback dispute process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time is subject to your bank or card issuer's standard procedures.

10. Governing Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the State of Delaware.
