1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing convergr.net or purchasing any Convergr service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Convergr provides virtual assistant and administrative support services delivered through a prepaid hour-block structure. Services are delivered remotely by trained virtual assistants and may include email management, scheduling, CRM support, client outreach support, document preparation, research, social media scheduling, and related tasks as outlined in your selected plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services.

4. Service Plans

Convergr offers three service tiers — Starter, Pro, and Ultra. Each plan provides a defined block of virtual assistant support hours that the client purchases upfront. Unlike traditional subscription services, Convergr plans are structured as prepaid hour blocks — not recurring monthly charges — giving clients full flexibility over when and how they use their hours.

5. Billing and Payment

By purchasing a Convergr plan, you authorize a one-time charge to your provided payment method for the selected hour block. This is a prepaid service purchase, not a recurring subscription. You will not be automatically charged again unless you choose to purchase an additional block of hours. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

6. Hour Block Allocation and Rollover

Hours purchased under any Convergr plan are yours to use at your discretion. There is no fixed monthly usage window or mandatory reset period. Unused hours roll over automatically and remain available in your account until fully utilized. Hours do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Clients are encouraged to use their hours at a pace that fits their business needs and workflow.

7. Plan Tiers

The three available plans are: Starter — entry-level hour block for individuals and small businesses needing occasional support. Pro — mid-tier hour block for growing businesses requiring consistent, multi-task VA support. Ultra — premium hour block for high-volume teams requiring priority turnaround and expanded service scope. Full feature breakdowns for each plan are available on the pricing page at convergr.net.

8. Cancellation

Because Convergr operates on a prepaid hour-block model rather than a recurring subscription, there is no ongoing billing to cancel. Once your hour block is purchased, you own those hours. If you choose not to continue using Convergr services after your block is exhausted, you simply do not purchase another block. No cancellation request is required. If you have remaining unused hours and wish to formally close your account, contact support@convergr.net and we will handle the closure in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. VA Matching and Rematch

Convergr will make reasonable efforts to match each client with a suitable virtual assistant based on the information provided during onboarding. If you are unsatisfied with your assigned VA, you may request a rematch at no additional cost. Convergr does not guarantee that every rematch will result in a preferred outcome, but we are committed to resolving matching issues promptly.

11. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, communicate task expectations clearly to your assigned VA, respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe, and treat Convergr staff and VAs with professionalism. Convergr reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward our team. Conduct-based terminations are non-refundable, as reflected in the Refund Policy.

12. Scope of Service

Convergr VAs provide administrative and operational support tasks. They are not licensed professionals (attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, etc.) and their work does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Clients should not rely on VA output as a substitute for licensed professional services.

13. Intellectual Property

Work product created by your VA on your behalf during the service period is owned by you upon delivery. Convergr retains no ownership rights over deliverables created specifically for your business. Convergr's branding, website content, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Convergr LLC.

14. Confidentiality

Convergr understands that clients may share sensitive business information with their VA. We take confidentiality seriously and require all VAs to maintain the privacy of client information. We do not share client business information with third parties outside of what is necessary to deliver your services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convergr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Convergr for your most recently purchased hour block.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convergr LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the State of Delaware.

18. Modifications

Convergr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
